Gaziantep Konteyner Kent
T.C. Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı tarafından gerçekleştirilen Gaziantep Konteyner Kent Projesi, deprem sonrası geçici barınma ihtiyacını karşılamak amacıyla hayata geçirilmiştir.
Bu proje, afetten etkilenen vatandaşlara hızlı ve güvenli bir yaşam alanı sunmayı hedefleyerek, temel altyapı ve çevre düzenleme çalışmalarıyla birlikte tamamlanmıştır. 7 Mart 2023 tarihinde başlanan proje, 6 Nisan 2023 tarihinde tamamlanmıştır. 62.503.157₺ (yaklaşık 3,31 milyon USD) yatırım bedeline sahip olan bu proje, Gaziantep’teki depremzedeler için önemli bir barınma çözümü olmuştur.
Offering 1.2 million square feet of office space, over 12,000 square feet of retail space and 339 parking stalls, 160 Front Street West is slated for completion in late 2023.
