T.C. Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı tarafından gerçekleştirilen Düzce 534 Konut | Afet Konutu Projesi, afet sonrası güvenli ve kalıcı yaşam alanları oluşturmak amacıyla hayata geçirilmiştir.
Toplam 534 konuttan oluşan bu proje, deprem mağdurlarının güvenli konutlara kavuşmasını sağlamak için tasarlanmıştır. 2 Ağustos 2000 tarihinde başlanan proje, belirtilen tarihte bir hata olabilir, tamamlanma tarihini netleştirir misin? 5.340.000₺ (yaklaşık 8,28 milyon USD) yatırım bedeline sahip olan bu proje, Düzce’de afet sonrası iyileşme sürecine önemli katkılar sunmuştur.
Offering 1.2 million square feet of office space, over 12,000 square feet of retail space and 339 parking stalls, 160 Front Street West is slated for completion in late 2023.

Together with Cadillac Fairview, PCL is constructing to LEED® Platinum and WELL Building Standards and – once operational – 160 Front will embrace Cadillac Fairview’s award-winning “Green at Work” program that harnesses leading global practices to integrate sustainability into property management and operations.
